First, prepare to write a resume

Write a powerful resume summary

Your resume summary needs to highlight your qualifications, your biggest professional wins, and what value you will add to the new role. Ensure that your resume summary is two to four sentences long. Some professionals even highlight their certifications and licenses on their resume summaries.

Create a winning career summary

The work experience section is one very important resume section. Highlight your relevant professional experience in a way that aligns with the requirements of the new role. Include the job title, company name, location, relevant years, and best professional achievements with each job entry you make. Create an education section

If the employer has required certain educational qualifications, you must include them in your education section.
